This Remodel and Addition was conceived for three generations who wanted to come back together on the family property. The new ADU was converted from the existing garage to a light-filled studio space for the family matriarch, while the main house was remodeled as a full-time residence for the children and occasional pied-a-terre for the grandchildren during their college years.
