SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / ARCHITECT (5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE)
PANGEA DESIGN BUILD is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Architect to join our team.
License is not a must, but needs extensive design, permitting and construction experience in California. (Experience in other states is a plus)
Your role will be primarily in Design Development, Consultant Coordination, and preparation of permit and construction documentation.
We are looking for someone who can work in a self directed manner, interfacing directly with our principals and leading / managing a small team of Junior designers / drafters / assistants. Note that we care about our staff above all else, so excellent people skills are a must.
We are looking for someone with a well developed, modern design background who is excited to embrace a variety of aesthetics to create sophisticated, inviting, living spaces.
This position will be offered as a part time, independent contractor role at first with potential for full time employment after a trial period.
