This high end custom residence was created over the course of three years in a deliberately slow and extremely detailed design – build process in close collaboration with the owner. Built in an area with stringent design requirements, the house is designed as a contemporary version of the California Spanish style.

All of the rooms open up to the interior courtyard in an interpretation of a classic Hacienda, allowing for passive ventilation and temperature control and a fluid and barrier-free indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
