Fully off-grid buildings that are super sustainable, able to withstand disasters and can be built by the people.

  • Potable water.
  • On-site healthy/sanitary liquid waste treatment.
  • Solar and/or wind power for electricity.
  • Strong architecture ready to withstand future disasters.
  • Teach the local populace. We bring in as many locals as we can to teach how to continue to build these buildings and systems.
  • Phase I, a small building is complete in two weeks.
  • Phase II, a community center building, complete in two months.

After a disaster
The people immediately need potable water, sanitary liquid waste treatment and strong shelter. We can provide this to the people, very quickly.

We are ready to go. We have been doing this for over 30 years. The Pangea Builders crew consists of experts and professionals in their fields for decades.

  • We need a container or two full of building materials delivered to the building site.
  • We send a crew of 12 to build and teach the locals how to do this allowing the locals to continue and provide for themselves… with the goal of us not being needed is such a capacity anymore, the locals can take care of themselves.
  • We build a one or two small buildings at first as teaching tools and to show the people what this is all about.
  • If we have more containers and a large budget, we can build a large building as a community center and build many smaller buildings to serve the people and the needs of their communities.

These drawings are from the Haiti disaster relief after the devastating earthquake.

  • Within two days we had a flush toilet with sanitary liquid waste treatment.
  • Within one week we had potable water available.
  • By two weeks, we had the building enclosed providing electricity.

This design can be replicated to support hundreds and thousands of people.
